Hi, it's really great to share this story to you guys! This is how "Notice Me, Takakura-senpai" born!
Bening, the founder of “Notice Me, Takakura-senpai” joined Chili Padi Academy 2.0 this 2017. On May 7th, she went to Singapore with the other 3 participants and 2 facilitators from Indonesia.

On the first day, when Bening got nothing on her mind about her project, the participants and the facils introduced themselves. It was in the Yale-NUS College, so were the other days. The second until the fifth day, Bening and friends went to some places, like Singapore Botanic Garden, Food Bank, Al-Mawaddah Mosque, Rooftop Garden in Jurong East, Siloso Beach Resort, Marina Barrage, Super Tree, and Green Is The New Black Festival. They also held some classes. The participants were taught about the part of their brain which may be the stronger one, how to face struggles, the importance of communication, and making problem tree. Those were in order to make the participants find an inspiration for their projects.

Bening was really overthinking about the idea. She slept very late, although her roommate had already fell asleep. But she finally found me, “Notice Me, Takakura-senpai”. Hoorraaayyy!

She did a really good presentation with wayang in front of great people, including the Education Coordinator of US Embacy in Singapore. I’m sure that everybody was very proud of her.
Then, Bening went home to Lumajang. She asked PALAPA, an environmental Club in her school to be her partner. I’m really excited to be applied soon in her school, Senior High School 2 Lumajang, East Java Indonesia. Wait for me, guys!
